Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly (within 1-2 business days), but if you need changes,

Why was my payment declined?

What are my shipping options?
✈️ Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx in 10-15 days (with tracking)
🎁 Free Shipping (Orders >$50): Via EMS in 15-25 days (basic tracking)
All international shipments may require customs clearance. Unfortunately, we currently don’t offer expedited shipping to maintain our affordable pricing.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use it on the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) for real-time updates. Signature confirmation is required for security upon delivery.
My package is delayed – what should I do?
While most deliveries arrive within estimated windows, occasional delays occur. If your package exceeds the maximum delivery time, contact us at

Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide except select Asian and remote regions. During checkout, enter your address to confirm availability. Our system automatically calculates any applicable duties/taxes.
Returns & Exchanges

15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging with tags attached. Email

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds process within 5 business days to your original payment method. International refunds may take additional banking processing time.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns followed by new orders for size/color changes. This ensures you receive fresh inventory from our Albuquerque warehouse. For fastest service, mention “Exchange” in your return request email.
