Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
  • Shoes must not show signs of wear or damage
  • All tags and protective coverings must still be attached

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on slippers that have been removed from their original packaging or tried on without protective foot coverings.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your Dune Shop items:

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions from our team
  4. Package your return securely in the original packaging
  5. Ship your return to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange:

  • Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we approve your return
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is not available, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

Final Sale Items

Occasionally, certain clearance or promotional items may be marked as final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that any customs fees or import taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable.
