Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions) with two convenient options:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Shipping fee: $12.95
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Available for orders over $50
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We’re not responsible for any delays caused by customs or other third parties.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Dune Shop footwear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • All tags and protective coverings must still be attached
  • Shoes must show no signs of wear or damage

Important Hygiene Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on slippers that have been removed from their original packaging or tried on without protective foot coverings.

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and details about the items you wish to return/exchange
  3. Our team will provide return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Package your return securely in the original packaging
  5. Ship your return to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Time to Receive Refund: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges:

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If your desired item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Slippers removed from original packaging or tried on without protective coverings
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page (typically clearance or promotional items)

International Returns:

For our international customers, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please note that any customs fees or import taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable.
